Director General

Claudine Marie Solange Nyinawagaga is an economist by training and holds a Master’s Degree of Social Sciences in Gender Studies from the University of Rwanda. Over the last 14 years of her 28 years of working experience, Nyinawagaga has mainly worked in Social Protection and Community Development areas, with a special focus on family and community strengthening.

Currently, Mrs. Nyinawagaga is the Director General of Local Administrative Entities Development Agency (LODA). Before, she served as the National Director for SOS - Children’s Villages and Country Director for Hope and Homes for Children; positions that she accessed after having served as the Mayor of Gasabo District in the City of Kigali.
